Refund policy

We're honored you chose one of our handmade creations! Because each piece is crafted with care and are often made to order, we've set a return policy that balances customer satisfaction with the nature of our work. 

Eligibility : Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or if the wrong item was received. 

Non- Returnable items: Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, made-to-order quilts, auctioned items, and limited editions drops are not eligible for returns unless their is a issue on our part. 

Conditions: items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. 

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt. 

Shipping Cost: are non- refundable, unless return is due to our error. If an item arrives damaged, please include photos within 48 hours of delivery for prompt assessment.
